I love the pretty environment, short rute to town and the old prison. Lovely rooms and service. Descent morning buffet and a lovely spa room
A little noisy maybe thin walls. But nothing bad only cuz someone had a huge fight somewhere.

Area of the room and a good bed
Poor facilites unproportional to a 4 star hotel, like lack of a small refrigerator, a tee/coffee machine Despite it was written in the booking confirmation (there was just a small plastic kettel), Disposable slippers, toothbrush and so on.
Dirt terrace with cobwebs.

Great staff and responsive service.
The beds are literally 80cm wide. Especially given that the room size is actually not small at all, it is extremely puzzlingly how unbelievably narrow the bed is. I could not fall asleep soundly as I worry I will roll over off the bed onto the floor if move even a little during sleep. It is really about the same size as a sleepers train bed. It’s totally below the standard of this hotel or even any single bed in a random third world country.

they changed the payment and sometimes the machines didn’t worked - took ages to pay for a drink (or didn’t worked at all). didn’t accepted cash.
