I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations.
The staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The service was fast, efficient, and made me feel comfortable throughout my stay.
The hotel was exceptionally clean, the rooms were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful, safe, and relaxing. I also appreciated the high level of organization and attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel.

The location.
Some of cutlery was not really clean. You can feel some grease on it.

Very kind, smiling and responsive staff. The food, the beach, the pool, the architecture of the resort are super nice!
The 1st two days we had uncomfortable pillows and mattress but then they changed them as soon as we reported the situation.

The pillows, the room facing the see, the maid was nice Mabrouka, the valet was nice Makram, the guest relation was Nice Ahmed
Staff is sometimes rude. The hotel is trying but they're really rude and follow the female for best service.
