The rooms were large and spacious, the beach and pool were absolutely amazing and the staff were so wonderful! Especially the guest relations manager and Ikram! She absolutely made my stay worthwhile
The only negative was the lack of AC in the dining hall. Although, visiting in slightly cooler months than August, this would not be an issue

Propreté correcte, piscine au top. L'animation autour de la piscine est vraiment cool, beaucoup d'activités proposées. L'hôtel était complet et pour autant ça ne se ressentait pas.
Une piscine relax très bien aussi. L'aqua-park est bien pour grands et petits
Les animations du soir ne s'entendent pas dans les chambres donc top pour dormir
La réception est très arrangeante et super accueillante!
Hôtel un peu vieillissant mais apparemment ils refont pas mal de chambres. Et les serviettes en chambre très vieilles. Mais ce n'est que des détails.

L’hôtel dispose d’une grande piscine.
Les animateurs sont professionnels et au top niveau ambiance!
La restauration propose divers repas variées.
La climatisation ne fonctionne quasiment pas au hall de l’hôtel! Il fait très très chaud du coup!
Il a aussi été demandé de payer en euros et finalement l’hôtel nous oblige à payer en dinars.
Les chambres ne sont pas dignes d’un hôtel 4* mais ça reste correct.
Le jour du départ, à 11h, nos clefs de chambre ont été désactivées alors que nous avions le droit de rester jusqu’à 12h.
Nous avions du hall inclusive, mais à part des boissons au citron ou à la mandarine, rien n’était proposé en plus.
