Large room with seating and 2small table as well as lots of bench space. Good sized fridge with crockery and cutlery. Also kitchen area with sink and bench space. Excellent bathroom. Quiet and opposite park.
Quite a walk into town but still possible to walk.

The room was very spacious. Lots of bench space. Had a fridge and microwave. Room was clean. Huge TV. Overall very good value.
Tiles in shower could do with an update. The hot water took ages to come through in the shower.
