Location, parking accessibility.
Some members of the staff were not very welcoming. The restaurant (breakfast) staff were friendly and prompt in assisting us; however, some of the reception staff did not make us feel welcome. On a few occasions when we needed assistance, we felt uncomfortable, as it seemed we were asking for a “big favour.” Body language often speaks louder than words, and this affected our overall experience.
