Cama confortável, ar condicionado funcionando bem
9 / 10Outstanding·Sep 2026

Disappointing Experience
The staff were rude and unhelpful. Despite having a confirmed “Pay at Hotel” booking, they demanded a higher amount than the agreed booking price. “Pay at Hotel” should mean paying the confirmed reservation amount, not being asked to pay more upon arrival. This was very disappointing.

"Breakfast was good, but nothing fabulous. The room was awesome. There is a swimming pool at the roof and a gym well equipped. The hotel is near of malls and they have very pleasant staff."
