The pool; good size room; staff were lovely; good quality towels.
Billard table & bar. Nice cocktails.
It is a bit dated & rooms are dark. Bath is a bit dangerous & I didn’t like the shower curtain - stains on it.
Breakfast needs to be better - yoghurt placed out in the warmth (not chilled at all).

Staff, breakfast, pool, room, Restaurants at Risata are amazing. The location is surrounded by many other affordable restaurants for variety. Walking distance to every thing, Lippo Mall, cinema and beach. We've stayed here before and will again.
Having to go back home.

What a great stay
Breakfast was amazing so much to choose from the pool was lovely, you could get massages on site they also have a gym, done a cooking class while I was there so much fun, free shuttle to Discovery Mall was a bonus and the location was on so close to Lippo Mall and restaurants.
The shower in the bath as it was a bit high for my friend who is a little person.

Outdoor facilities were excellent.
The restaurants were very good and delicious food, except the rewturant serving the morning breakfast.
Staff during the morning breakfast in the live counter was unfriendly. Made us wait for a long time and eventually we had to cancell the order.
Bathroom- the tub had hair dye scar and drain was clogged. The exhust diffucer at the Top of the water closet was fully dirty and and the same was falling on the WC.
