The location is amazing! Great views of the lake from the family room. The rooms were small but comfortable.
There could be a better way to help tourists use the laundry services. It is coin operated, while I hardly believe any tourist carries coins. They had no clear explanation on how to get coins and weren’t willing to charge it to my card while giving us the coins to use.

Super friendly, great people and food. Had an amazing stay in a quaint authentic West Coast hotel. Great bar drinks.
Rooms aren't very sound proof had some noisy neighbors. Only 1 shower.

Nice and close to the pub for a nice drink and meal

The beds were comfortable.
The bathroom is very run down. The room was quite cold when we arrived and took a long time to warm up. Some kitchen equipment such as a sharp knife and chopping board were missing.
