The beds were super comfortable and we appreciated the electric blankets. Great to have a full size fridge in the 2 bedroom apartment. Kitchen amenities were good and we were given suggestions of places to go and things to see. Fresh new carpet and couches, quiet location. Walking distance to local cafe and bakery.
The wifi was rather unreliable and dropped out regularly. The renovation of the two bedroom apartment seems to be unfinished so far, as there was no coffee table or side tables in the living area, inadequate heating and no electric plug in the bathroom. These problems may be remedied in the future.

We were traveling from Nelson and had an easy check in when we arrived. Lisa was amazing. She made us feel very welcome and was accommodating to what we wanted. She prepared dinner one evening that was delicious and a treat. I was celebrating my birthday and received a yummy sticky date pudding with ice cream/cream. We will be back and staying at The Last Resort. Well worth it.
Rained part of the time, but we knew that was expected at this time of the year.
