Value for money. Had heard some bad reports for this property, but was OK in the end.
Had no hot water Sunday morning, with no warning. Air-conditioning was noisy, not that I needed it much.

bathroom was newly renovated and the room was very clean. We were very happy with the super king size bed as we were co-sleeping with a baby. Recommend for a small family or a couple. Location was convenient to just pop out to explore the city but but still fairly quiet at night.
Only down side of our stay was that the hotel didn't have its own parking even though it said there is one when we booked.

Location was good
A walk in shower would have been better, which i did request. A bit hard to get into shower over the bath.

It was close to where I needed to be and close to transport and gardens.
I found it a little dated and the bed was not as comfortable as I wanted. That can be a user preference thing though.
