The location, the place was elegant .
Some of our room features could be upgraded, eg. aircon was noisy …
Breakfast took quite a while in being served on Sunday .

Brekafast was very good.
The hotel fixtures and fittings and timber need upgrading.

It felt rather regal staying in such a Hotel with so much history. Very convenient for the Princess Theatre and the Cricketer Bar drinks and food was perfect and reasonably priced. We liked the separate lounge room from the bedroom and on suite.
I would have preferred a walk-in shower than the one fixed shower head over a bath. Unfortunately, the left lift smelt as though someone had been sick in there, definitely no sign of the event just the smell.
