Lovely boutique hotel with great staff in an excellent CBD location. The happy hour drinks were a wonderful way to meet other guests.
Our room was on the eastern side of the building, which overlooked a laneway and apartments opposite. As the windows weren't soundproof, there was a lot of noise from the apartments and the laneway. On our next visit, we would steer away from that side of the building.

The location was perfect for visiting the Princess Theatre and walking distance to many good eateries. The staff were very approachable and personable.
The room felt like luxury.
Will definitely stay again!
It was a little noisy throughout the night, due to trucks and a bit of yelling in the lane way. Take some ear plugs!

Location is excellent.
The happy hour 5-6pm is a great bonus.
Clean hotel and front of house staff are great.
Lots of restaurants around and very close to a number of theatres.
The noise from outside is very loud.
Revellers, rubbish trucks emptying bins, people putting bins out, either in the middle of the night or early morning is annoying, especially if you are a light sleeper.
