Lanson Place was just an excellent place to stay, the location is great, the service is excellent, the breakfast is delicious, and the staffs are awesome! Nicole and Nicholas are just wonderful, we had an early morning tour, they made special arrangement so we can enjoy the breakfast before we heading to the tour. It's just so sweet of them and they made this place a home away from home, we love to come back to Melbourne and stay at Lanson Place!

Modern and open.
The bathroom lights wake up anyone that is sleeping in bed. Need to screen this somehow.

We stayed one night at this hotel during transit. Two adults and a teenager. The room was well equipped beyond a regular hotel rim (fully equipped kitchenette and laundry machine as an example). Comfortable beds and good bathroom. The hotel gym is very nice and has a 20 m pool and little spa that were nice. Breakfast was good and can be recommended. Super nice personnel who were very helpful! The area peaceful.
Nothing to report.

Location and amenities were very good.
Communication with the hotel staff was somewhat confused- it seemed like no one really knew what was going on.
