Loved the room upgrade. Very spacious and a nice view. Good sized bathroom
Unfortunately there was a soap scum rim around the bath. It was reported to reception and they sent housekeeping to clean it whilst we were out. They left a bottle of sparkling wine as an apology which was a very nice touch.

Loved the location - close to the Free Tram Zone. The facilities were excellent e.g heated pool and steam room.
