one of the Best Budget Hotel in St Gallen

Staffs are all A+++++ with super warm welcome and very helpful with kindness. Room is better than average two stars, with good breakfast. I will definitely stay here again,

One of the best Budget Hotel in St Gallen

Location is good only 8 minute walk from Train Station, Many restaurant near by and centre of the city. Good breakfast and A+ for staff, Everything is better than what you paid.

Just very loud noise outside the room on Friday night as close to many Bars, , the rest is okay

I appreciated the caretaker on premises and the fantastic breakfast buffet which had a great selecti

The room was clean and comfortable and adequate for a one-night stay.

The contactless check-in process could have been better organized. I would have preferred not to have to stand out in the street and enter all my personal information into the terminal. Also, the hotel is next to a pub which played loud music until midnight, making it impossible to sleep because of all the noise.

Great to check in at anytime. I arrived after midnight. The breakfast is more than enough. And friendly service. Location is so central.

Self check in was easy and worked well, I kept my code handy to use when I got there. The room was basic but clean, just what I would expect for the price. Location was good, I found it easily walking from the station and also to the places I wanted to visit. The breakfast was very good, I enjoyed the large variety of different fruit. The man working in the breakfast room and at checkout was friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel with a lovely staff

Good location, just 10 minutes walk from the St. Gallen Station. Also close to the Cathedral and Abbey Library. Check-in machine was easy to use and you will get a detailed instruction of how to use it beforehand. The lady at the reception and breakfast room was so friendly and kind that she gets out of her way to ask if the guests are okay. She also helped us to bring down our suitcases when we left. The room was clean and modern. Wide selection of food including fruits and vegetables available for breakfast. Water kettle and tea ready in the room. Overall had a comfortable stay.

Would be great if there were a dryer and more light in the room. The elevator operates only from the first floor so it should be troublesome if you arrive out of check-in time and have to bring up heavy luggage from the ground floor on your own. I guess the lady at the reception will nonetheless help you when she's available.

I will book it again if I travel in St. Gallen.

I like the breakfast, site, price and service of the hotel. The manager is very hospitable and warm-hearted. The breast is perfect with bread, tea, coffee and various fruits. Anyway, the cost performance is great.

Easy check-in through automatic key distributor. Close to the main pedestrians avenue (with most of the restaurants) but just outside of the really noisy sections. Tremendous breakfast and the attendant even made us milchkaffees with the hot milk and everything. Close to the train station

Still a bit noisy since it's in a narrow alley and there are bars just below. Small rooms (but as advertised)

Staff is super friendly, location is really great, breakfast is nice, and price is adequate. The hotel has a cozy feeling. I would come back! Thank you!

The location is perfect for travelers. Room was perfectly clean. The breakfast was very perfect with great service.

It is a night-life street. I was there during weekend so hardly sleep all night long.

Great Stay in St. Gallen

The staff are really accommodating. They allowed us to check in 2 hours before the standard check in time. Hotel location is a short walk from the main train station.

Wifi is okay but quite slow especially during at night (after 2100H). I am not sure if they are turning it off :) but this can be improved.
