A fantastic hotel with very smart and spacious rooms, and lots of communal space too. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was excellent.
As with everything in Switzerland, it is on the more expensive side, but considering the facilities it still represents excellent value.

The location near Saint Fiden train station, Migros near the hotel. The breakfast is acceptable and the staff is good.
When I checked in, I had to wait for rooms to be available and clean (1 room was assigned to me, I went and was dirty (not cleaned at all), then another one has been assigned to me, and same thing, even worse). The staff at the reception was sorry and did everything possible. I have been waiting for another room even if I already mentioned while booking the room at what time I was supposed to arrive. After 10h of train, it has been hard to be patient. This miscommunication between the cleaning person and the reception was a disaster. I asked for a commercial discount due to this and it as been refused. The cleaning is not as good as expected.
