Perfect holiday memory. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We spent a week here and could not be happier with our choice. The surroundings in Switzerland are absolutely fantastic, and the area around the apartment is so quiet and beautiful. It is perfectly set up for a family; everything was clean, cosy, and very family-friendly.

Location
Very rude and unprofessional staff. The property doesn’t have a physical phone, instead it requires you to scan a barcode and use it to make an online call. I had an emergency and I tried to call the duty manager who didn’t pick up the call on multiple attempts. When I went to reception to ask for help the duty staff flatly lied that he has been picking all the calls. I needed to contact the medical facility as my daughter was sick. The duty staff told me not to use the desk phone as he was working there. Upon insisting that it’s an emergency and I need to use the desk phone, he reluctantly allowed me to use the phone. I have stayed in Scandic before in Finland and Sweden and never once had a cause to complain. This was very unpleasant.
