Decent breakfast and nice room
Check in was a bit long winded due to staff making mistakes and then giving us the wrong room number and wrong key card! We also asked for a refund for an additional breakfast charged for that wasn’t required, this took three separate attempts from three members of staff before it was actually actioned. Shout out to Mohammed for this.

Very spacious room
The room was not cleaned properly. We found a plastic box next to the bed and a chewed gum in the toilet.
