早餐非常豐盛！麵包、飲料很多種，還有熱菜、沙拉…，非常滿意！而且餐廳裝潢很有特色！

就在火車站旁，地鐵就在門口，超級方便。櫃台人員很親切！大廳很舒適，有販賣零嘴、飲料、水果！

Hotel dat op zich prima voldoet aan de standaardeisen, midden in Oslo.

Hartelijke ontvangst. Behulpzaam en gastvrij. Ontbijt in restaurant tegenover ingang van hotel. Hotelingang was direct bij de uitgang van het station. Ideaal gelegen, aan station en in de stad.

Restaurant (ontbijt) was te druk/ beperkte ruimte. Koffie uit kannen. Minder lekker dan gewend bij eerdere ervaringen binnen Scandic Group. Bij andere gasten aan tafel aangesloten. Zeker niet vervelend, maar minder prettig als je privacy of meer intieme omgeving zoekt.

Hotellet har en fin beliggenhet. Men prisen er altfor høy i forhold til kvalitet.

Frokost helt grei, men påleggsutvalg var dårlig, Beliggenhet er flott.

Speilegg var ikke varm. Bacon burde man fått mer av. Fikk ikke nye håndduker på dag 2. Laken i sengen hadde gammel blodflekk som ikke var klart å bli vasket bort. Fikk ikke nye rene glass og kopper på rommet. Sykt dårlig trykk i dusj så nærmest umulig å få vasket ut shampo. Savnet balsam og dusjcap. Dårlig at gjester ikke kan forsyne seg med gratis kaffe mere

Compared to Scandic’s Spectrum and Ornen it was not up to there standards. Byporten’s location was great but comparatively everything else did measure up to Scandic’s Spectrum and Ornen.

Perfect for train goers, with luggage’s because its next to the Oslo central station. Nice food and clean everything

The location is superb. We came from the train from the airport and plan to take a train to Bergen night train so, it totally smooth. The bed is good . Nice decoration than other nordic styles hotel. Mist recommend. The breakfast buffet is awesome. The varieties of food and drinks and desserts and the location is nice. So happy to stay here.

Very satisfied!

Breakfast was excellent! Customer Service was amazing. Had to make a change in our booking and the gentleman took good care in making the change. Reception was expecting us so it made us feel at home!

Location was good

High price, room Wasn’t available when we tried to check in, busy in the reception at 16 when a lot of guests are expected. Breakfast was tasty but the logistic made it difficult to walk back and forth picking up food, drinks for me and my 2 year old son

Booked a standard room for three, me and a grown up son and a 6 y old daughter. The room was very little and not comfortable. It had a double bed and a koje and we had two bad choices, the daughter and me in the bed and my son in a very small koje, or my son in the double bed…. I don’t even bother to write more, it was such a disappointment. And the view from the window was awful, just the roof between buildings and with a lot of garbage, plastic bags and beer bottles etc.

Great location, yammy breakfast, lovely and accommodating staff.

We were traveling with small children so it was perfect to be in the same building as the train station, lovely staff, very welcoming, friendly and understanding. Great location just next to the Main Street in centre of Oslo. Yammy breakfast with lots to choose from.

Room was a little to small for a family room but we managed, next thing we had a broken hair dryer that we have not even switched on as it was hazardous, that’s should be checked daily I think!!

Good until Day 3 …

location and most of the staff

some of the staff. one chased after me to confront me about whether I belong there or not (“bor du her“ she demanded multiple times). I had already spent 2 nights and was heading up to the room I was paying for. this was in front of other people. the reason I was told? multiple. 1) I was wearing a beanie - so was 1/2 of Oslo. 2) I didn’t smile. seriously?. 3) they hasn’t seen me before. not my problem. also I’m sure they had ‘t seen every guest. this hotel also issues electronic keys that must be used in the elevator. no paying guest deserves that kind of selective insult. i suspect the older male clerk sent the younger female on this fool’s errand. I am almost sure this confrontation about my right to be in that space would not have happened had I looked like lars. I stayed March 2-5 (and not 1-4).

Excellent central location in Oslo with breakfast included

Excellent location right at the doorstep of the Oslo train station with easy access to local trains, buses, airport train and cross country trains. central location in city centre and can walk to most sites. Staff were friendly and very helpful with 24/7 reception. Comprehensive breakfast served in the Egon restaurant and the restaurant was open New Year’s Day. Reception area has chess and games with good gym.

Rooms are a bit small and the family room didn’t have much space to walk around the beds considering there were 4 people staying in one room. But the rooms were clean and the beds are comfortable.
