Kommer ikje til å bruke dette hotellet mer.

Bra rom, fint bad. God frokost.

Innsjekking, utrolig treigt og ikke norsk betjening som forstod nokså lite og rota fælt.. Var sultne da gi kom v 15 tia og ville ha litt å spise i baren, men hverken der eller på roomservice var noe før kl 17! Service i baren nede var sur og dårlig, visne blomster etc…. Nei dette hotellet et ikje som det var da vi brukt del mye forritia..

alles! top standort im Zentrum. alle Supermärkte, Essensmöglichkeiten, Shops & Verkehrsmittel sind Nahe. Das Hotel ist einfach ein TRAUM! die Zimmer gross, gemütlich, warm, komfortabel etc.

I didn't like being put on floor 22, and having to walk up 1 flight of stairs with two 32kg suitcases and other baggage. This was odd, and if you are going to do this you should ask in advance how much luggage I'm bringing.

Good location

The staff were helpful and were kind enough to pack breakfast for me as i had an early morning flight. The room offered a splendid view of the city. Centrally located. The airport shuttle stops right in front of the hotel. A 10 minute walk from the city centre.

It was extremely hard if not impossible to get through to the front desk as the line was busy virtually all the time. Room service is available only for a few hours in the evening which is surprising for a hotel of this standing. For rooms on the top floor one has to climb a flight of stairs which is a dampener if one has heavy luggage as i did but.... the view is probably worth it.

Superbe hôtel

Hôtel très bien situé, bien équipé (piscine, salle de sport...), chambre spacieuse, superbe petit déjeuner, personnel accueillant, restaurant, bar (au 22eme avec vue sur la ville). Excellent rapport qualité/prix.

Comfortable hotel central to Oslo with great pool and sauna

Great location central to much of Oslo, and loved the room views and facilities such as the pool and sauna. Friendly staff and the facility was clean and comfortable.

Some items could use some updating, and portions of my room weren’t completely cleaned. Some items (such as soap and toiletries) were missing but the front desk resolved that quickly.

As a tourist, I did not have a good experience in this hotel.

The hotel staff had a good attitude.

Many guests were drunk in the hotel, they made loud noises and created an unsafe atmosphere in the hotel. Extra money is taken after the reservation price with a cunning trick.

Goed hotel op een centrale locatie.

De weg naar het zwembad is vervallen en oud en nodigt helemaal niet uit om er naar toe te gaan. Dit moet dringend aangepakt worden. De kleedruimtes daar waren ook niet echt goed onderhouden.

Will definitely look for other options in Oslo.

The staff were mostly helpful and welcoming.

Breakfast had mouldy bread in the allergen free section and the the room was never cleaned properly. I was also given a room on the 22nd floor which meant having to take a lift to the 21st and then having to walk up a flight of stairs with luggage which no one offered to help with. I was expecting much better from this hotel brand!

Dissapointing and dissatisfied, I don’t recommend this hotel.

This was the one disappointment during our trip around Scandinavia. We’d booked a superior room for our 2 nights and were given a shabby family room on a standard floor above the tram line that ran throughout the night. We queried the room and did receive a small discount but really would have liked to simply have been given the room we’d booked without any of the awful customer service we experienced.

Shabby room. Very poor customer service.

Good room, comfortable bed, tasty various breakfast, kind personell, breathtaking view from the window, quick elevators.

Some persons that are not related to hotel guests may come to laguna zone, drink alcohol there and act provocative and noisy.

Mixing up of the reservation, first got a room that did not seem like our booking, it was not clean, we got upgraded after informing the staff, then we got a room that looked like the rooms we booked. Not sure if it was our expectations that were high, or there was a mix up by the hotel.

Pleasant

The front desk person was friendly and efficient. The rooms were quiet, there was ample bedding and the couch bed was prepared in advance of our arrival.

The breakfast buffet is delicious but there are so many people attending that it is pretty chaotic.

Very disappointing

Good size room, nice shower

The superior double room booked as double & confirmed as a double had two single beds resulting in a very uncomfortable two night stay. The restaurant was closed by 22hrs and nothing on room service available to order at 22.40. The sky bar - one of the attraction points was closed on Sunday - in summer season.

Disappointed. Wouldn’t book again.

Breakfast, location

The adjacent APCOA parking is very small and is permanently full. I had to use a park spot for charging EVs and was fined 660 NOK… The cleaning team is really bad. Some paper bits lying on the ground in the corridor stayed there during our whole stay (2 nights). After the first night, when we came back to our room in the afternoon, the two only things that had been done are: replacing the towels that we left on the floor and making quickly the beds (one still looked like someone had just lied on it…). No vacuuming, no cleaning of used cups, no rinsing the shower, nothing… We had also to wait more than 30 minutes in a queue to check in. A computer problem was apparently the issue. Still very annoying.

Good room, comfortable beds, nice view and very good shower

Breakfast was very busy and it was difficult to find a clean table. Luckily it was included in the room rate.
