Location , most comfortable beds ever ,staff attentive . Wellness suite , and high quality breakfast
Housekeeping was mixed . Room very clean , turn down service .left some chocolates on my birthday :) but toilet roll and coffee not replaced , had to ask for milk each day .

Staff were amazing. Hotel was a bit different but really excellent. Did not expect such excellent standards.
The air con did not seem to work well but it was 32 degrees which is unusual for Oslo and we were in the loft room so not unexpected

We had a wonderful stay at Savoy 1918. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and very comfortable, with a great location in Oslo. The rooms were lovely, clean, and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We also really enjoyed the atmosphere and the breakfast.
Nothing in particular. We were very happy with our stay and everything met our expectations.

The location is great! Ultra central, walking distance to the Royal Palace and other atractions, easy to get to a Hop on Hop off station. The beds are confortable and the room and bathroom clean. The brakfact is prety nice.
The evening meal is horrible. Better not to consider it an eat somewhere else. The staff is nice but not so knowledgeable about the parking and how to use the discount code (you only get 89kr discount for the complete stay). It would be nice to have a microwave for parents who need to heat up stuf. Some of the staff was nice, others no so much.
