Good location and breakfast. Fika and dinner were an added bonus

The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast i've ever seen and I travel a lot. Also dinner and fika are great
The room looked nothing like the pictures. Honestly, this is not a 4 star hotel at all.... at best it's a 2.5/ 3. This was my last straw with Booking.com
Hotel is located inside a gallery, and it's very dated. Carpets are stained, room was not super clean, didn't even have a bath mat I had to use my face towel ending with just ONE towel for the entire stay to shower, wash my face, etc.
There was a buzzing sound that kept waking me up like I thought it was someone vacumming but then I noticed it was on an off every x minutes for the entire stay.
If it wasn't for the meals honestly my stay would've been kinda awful. The location is good if you're looking to be close to the station, otherwise look for a nicer neighborhood

Included dinner and breakfast.
Breakfast was great. Good selection of food and nice dining area.
Dinner was in a cramped room upstairs with very little choice.

Nice to have a separate toilet and shower
The room was not made up. The ‘welcome’ email says: ‘Room cleaning is done at your request, but to be nice to the environment we need you to take in the blue sign on the door. Do this before 23:00 for cleaning the next day.’ There was no blue sign on the door and we assumed therefore the room would be made up. Turns out the staff member at check out knew nothing about a ‘blue sign’ and frowned at us, without apologising for the mistake. No bins even emptied or cups replaced/tea replenished throughout the two night stay.
