Hotel Coco

Well maintained, very cleaned and well provided rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Shower pressure is relatively poor throughout a number of rooms we have stayed in over the last year of visits

Location was walking distance to town and sea front. Staff very friendly and clean and spacious room

Hotel is walking distance to the beach and pier ,just under 10 minutes & a three minute walk to the town centre ,all the staff & happy to help if I needed anything or had any questions ,nice restaurant inside the hotel & a very nice pub joined on that done great cocktails & had sky sports .Room was clean & a good space .

Nothing really ,would have preferred not to be on the third floor ,but good exercise walking up to the room .

Modern bathroom. Room looked well decorated.

Bed was not very comfortable, it was soft and you could feel the springs through it, so did not sleep very well. The bathroom was clean overall, but there was a long hair and a piece of fluff left on the floor, so more attention to detail would be good. I was asked to pay when checking in rather than when checking out. I have never experienced this before and not what i would expect from a good hotel. Limited parking meant i had to park on a side road. No one asked how our stay was when we checked out. Again, this is standard from a good hotel.
