Lovely old house very close to Felixstowe centre but still quiet. Hosts were very friendly and the breakfast was lovely.
Nothing.

The breakfast was lovely. I loved the size of the tea pot too! Lovely house and peaceful location -very convenient for the wedding we attended and the beach/shops.
I prefer a slightly bigger en suite but a very minor thing and it wouldn't put us off staying again.

The owners were friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble.
The house was a lovely old house and very well kept and lovely and clean. The only thing for me was the sink to wash in was in the bedroom not a bathroom I think maybe the shower toilet room was in what used to be a cupboard and the sink didn’t fit in. If I’m washing I don’t want to do it in front of others even my husband I like my privacy.

Excellent hospitality, great breakfast, spacious and comfortable room
We are walkers so the 20 minute walk to the front was fine for us but be aware if you aren't a walker
