I would agree with a 3.1/2-star rating. I'd stay again for a shorter period than 11 nights

I liked the location of the units as they were walking distance from the surf beach. Also, not far from restaurants, surf club, bus & light rail services & Pacific Fair. I enjoyed using the spa & a dip in the pool. The kitchen facilities were well provided for. The air conditioner was really good - silent and easy to adjust the temperature.

I found a couple of dirty areas. The outside air conditioner (extractor) on the balcony had a layer of dirt/dust settled on it. Hard to miss visually! The window and door wire screens were noticeably dust-clogged. There was only ONE 'room service'; surprising, for an 11-night stay. An 'information booklet' would help, for guests. I had to chase up the Wi-Fi password at Reception. The intercom didn't work, couldn't 'buzz' the main front door to open, for visitors.

Lovely host and a super location.

The location is perfect for a stay in Broadbeach - a short walk either to the beach or pacific fair shopping.

Older property but comfortable enough.

Bed was very comfortable. Had cooking facilities. Great location, close to beach, huge shopping mall and dining facilities. Had washing machine and dryer.

Lounge was a bit uncomfortable.

Location

Bright garden light outside bedroom window. Went off at 6am and the room went nice and dark, but to late. Bright light on ceiling made the room uncomfortable to sleep. No hairdryer( stated that there was one on room info).

Convenient, good value for money and great location, but a little more attention to cleaning

Good budget accommodation

The location was good and convenient to get to the convention centre. Good value accommodation, very friendly receptionist.

Only 1 hangar in the wardrobe, having to dispose of the rubbish myself in the skip outside.

Exceptional staff and accommodation

The lady at reception was exceptional. She genuinely went out of her way to place us in a downstairs unit as my wife had a bad hip. She made us feel welcome from the minute we arrived until the time we left.. The unit was superb as was the pool and spa. Will definitely be staying here again.

Great location, comfortable, secure and welcoming. Will stay again.

Fantastic location - walking distance to Pacific Fair and even closer to the beach. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby and lots of local attractions. Great for Tesla drivers as the Superchargers are at Pacific Fair. Fairly quiet street opposite a school so you don't feel closed in at all. The pool and spa are great and beautifully maintained. Easy parking and secure access to the building. Easy check-in and the unit has everything you need. Very comfortable place to stay. Will definitely stay again.

location in central Broadbeach was perfect for our needs and a lot quieter than Surfers Paradise. facilities within the apartment were perfect for a family getaway secure on site parking that is free

Very good location- close to beach and shopping

Not so clean - dishes were dirty we had to wash all of them. Extra blanket was humid. Only 2 rolls of toilette paper for 7 nights for 3 people. Facilities needs a refreshment.No elevator.

Hate to say but holes in the fly screens and curtains I was bitten by mozzies. Didn't like the fact you have to pay extra for teabags washing up liquid etc when you run out of their supply which wasn't much

Lovely but could improve

Clean, friendly staff and nice pool

Bed were very uncomfortable. 3 nights stay and only given 1 dishwashing sachet. Too many stairs for 3 children.

Coming from nz, I didn't pack a beach towel, would've thought the resort would have them. However I didn't ask, so maybe they did and they don't just automatically stock the room with them?
