The location was great, walking distance to Pacific Fair and the beach. The apartment block was an older building but was extremely clean and tidy and very spacious with everything we required. Rex, the manager, was very friendly and helpful. He went beyond with borrowing us a walker for my 99 year old mother and ensuring the apartment was set up for us.
The oven wasn't working probably and burnt our dinner. The manager was going to get an electrician to fix it immediately he was told.

The apartment was large and very spacious.
Perfect place close to everything.
The communication with staff after our room key didn't open our door was fabulous, they attended the room and replaced our key asap.and were very apologetic about the issue.
When we arrived at the room our key didn't work and we couldn't get into our room.
We found some leftover food (pastries) in a cupboard above the stove that expired at the start of August (we arrived on the 21st of August).
We also had 3 large cockroach in the apartment that I had to kill and then my daughter was terrified to sleep in the 2nd room by herself 🪳.
