A very squishy shower, mouldy , a bit worn (old maybe), bed was basic. But for the money it did The job.

Moldy curtains gave off a musty smell noticeable on entry
Live cockroach in kitchen cupboard
Bathroom floor had laundry powder and hairs on the floor.
Bed sheet had a large stain
