this was probably my 6th visit and i have always found it ideal in location, rooms are tired, but comfy usually have a reasonable kitchen and theres plenty of space.
Parking available underneath and close to Broadbeach beaches, eateries etc
pool on site and nice gardens
that the rooms are tired but the price is better, there is nothing horrible about this place otherwise i wouldnt stay 6 times

I'm from Fiji first time to come to Goldcoast for vaccination and our stay at the resort was awesome.We suppose to stay for 6 days only and moved on but the facility and the location of this resort close to shopping mall and beach and tram station made us to stay until the end of our vacation. We'll be back.

Proximity to broadbeach
The shower floor was filthy, and the water temperature fluctuated. Exhaust/ventilation was noisy, and I could hear it in the bedroom even with all doors closed.
