We would have no hesitation in booking at Aruba Surf again. We thought the price and facilities are excellent.

We booked this resort last minute due to circumstances and so happy we booked Aruba Surf. We booked 5 nights. It’s not a new resort but the rooms were very comfortable and had all we needed and also much bigger than expected. Broadbeach is a really nice area and Aruba is close to the ocean and Pacific Fair and plenty of restaurants and all you need. Plenty of street parking or there is Resort parking. We had a very comfortable stay and also found the staff very helpful.

Exceeded our expectations and whole experience was very pleasant.

A very pleasant welcome at reception and then received an upgrade to a more superior room for the entire 5 night stay. The pool facilities were great and the room was so spacious.

Water temp variation in the shower which came and went.

Disappointing for the thousands spent.

Location

The fact I checked in after hours the room was still dirty from the previous occupants which turned out to be a week prior to our arrival!!! This included dirty sheets and towels, sanitary items in bathroom bin, rubbish on kitchen bench,dirty dishes and cockroaches!! I was absolutely disgusted at the lack of professionalism. We had requested a partial refund for the inconvenience but feel it hasn’t been taken seriously as a week later we have not received any correspondence or partial refund!! I feel we should be fully compensated for our stay!!! It still sickens me to think we had to sleep in dirty linen overnight!!!!!

Very good

Great location and convenient address in Broadbeach. Near bus/tram, malls, restaurants and bars. Nice beach resort and friendly staff.

Most things were fine, however I did not receive any house-keeping during my 7 day stay. Just once house keeping would've been good - to get fresh clean shower towel for example. I enjoyed my stay nonetheless.

Great location, clean, comfortable and good value for the price.

A clean, spacious 1 bedroom apartment in a 3 level walk up, which we prefer over high rise buildings. Excellent location - 200m from surf beach, quiet, short walk to lots of dining options. Easy check in after hours and good communication. We stayed in winter so did not use the outdoor facilities- pool, spa, barbecue area- but they were all kept well. Good value for money.

Stay was ok till checking out.

I paid deposit in cash they said they would give it back in cash,reckon they couldnt open safe when checking out,had a big argument with staff in person and by phone.

Apartment itself is good.

There was no kitchen plug or dish cloth. Minimum supplies provided eg 2 tea bags for 3 days. Any more had to be paid for individually. Everything else was 'extra' - like car parking, toilet paper, dish liquid etc. There was no wifi from Friday night until we left on Monday.

Absolutely nothing!!!!!!!

Absolutely disgusting excuse for a hotel. Bed was so hard I had a sore back and hips the next day. My daughter spilt some pringles on the floor and they charged me $76 to vacuum up a few chips where no broom or vacuum was provided to do it myself!!! Terrible pot smoking smell in hallway. Never ever recommend this hotel .

- The main curtain in the bedroom was too small for the window and thus let in a lot of light in the early mornings - Shower temperature was very difficult to get right and constantly changed - There was no sugar for the coffee?

They provided tea and coffee sachets, but no milk....I have never experienced this, ever, and I have travelled the world.

the very kind staff snd the location made this holiday in the Gold Coast the best ever. the unit was comfortable and clean and help was at hand whrn I couldnt get tge TV working. highly recommended.

The best accommodation I've ever stayed at. A beautiful luxurious apartment at The Star residencies

The location could not have been more perfect. A five minute walk to pacific fair, the beach and restaurants and bars. With a stunning view all the way out to the gold coast Hinterland.

staff, no lift, only 1 coffee sachet for 2 people, no milk, purchase toilet paper yourself if you run out, no bags for the rubbish - purchase them yourself, very uncomfortable bed. staff unprofessional
