The Queen room was small but pleasant. An armchair would be good.
The bathroom needs hooks for towels and clothes.
I appreciated the cleanliness and the coffee machine,
The nearby bus service was an advantage
The outside is scruffy, litter in the shrubs and unwashed ground floor windows.

Handy location
Basic supplies, like teabags, were not provided. When I requested resupply I was told there were none! A small thing perhaps, but I had just flown back into Melbourne after a 25 hour flight.
