The location, very close to a lot of shops including Chadstone shopping centre and only a 15min drive from the casino which were the places we were after.
The hotel had a smell to it like an old smell, the shower curtain was very dirty so obviously doesn’t get cleaned, there were fixtures in the room that were loose that even after touching the toilet roll it fell off the wall and I saw a review about the wifi being no good but that didn’t bother me since I use data anyway but there is no warning or description about the reception/signal, we couldn’t use our phones unless we were on the balcony which even then was slow and spotty or if we were downstairs so that was frustrating . The tv was also incredibly slow so we gave up on using it when we wanted some down time and the stove top was dirty upon arrival. The lights outside of the rooms in the hallways were always off and took a minute to turn on when stepping out of your room so honestly that was a little daunting as you never know the other people staying there so it was creepy stepping out into complete darkness waiting for the lights to turn on.. they are motion activated however takes a minute or two to actually turn on. The staff were nice tho especially the lady, she was very accommodating.
