Apartment 702 was very spacious and exactly what we needed. Close to the lake for a nice morning run/walk. Appreciated the gym which had all the basic equipment and a heated pool. Staff were friendly. Next to QT Canberra where we had a conference.
There was only one lift which meant you sometimes had to wait 5 minutes for a lift. Also some dust in the apartment for example above the microwave but nothing major.

Good views from the rooms, quiet (as were level 19)
Lounge was good size
Beds were comfy.
Secure parking for $15.
Its pretty worn building wise but the furniture was newer so was still comfortable.
Bathroom was average.
One room for the double apt was just room for the two beds.
