It was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was lovely. A lovely little functional room.
Nothing to dislike, apart from the security light outside the window kept going on and off, but other than that it was a pleasant stay.

A good location for the purpose of the visit to London. I also liked the use of security codes for entry to the property and the allocated room. A 'hydration station' was by the front door in the hallway. There was a coffee machine, cups and bottled water. The room was clean with fresh bedding and an acceptably cleaned bathroom and toilet. Curtains require adjusting on the window rail as they don't quite cover privacy when closed. The dining area for breakfast had a . good selection. Cereals, fresh milk, orange juice, croissants sealed in packs of 2, a coffee machine, hot station of bacon, scrambled egg, grated cheese, sausages, mushrooms, orange juice. The kitchen lady greeted me nicely on entry in the dining room and offers you toast with the choice of white or brown bread which is made for you and brought to your table nice and hot. Swift clean up of tables once guests finish at their table. Breakfast was the best part of the stay in my opinion.
At ground floor level the windows in the room given had no locks when pushed down to close. The outside steps to the property are close enough that someone could climb into the room. The noise travelling from the room above was awful. This started pre 7am. A rug or carpet would be a suggestion for the people in the room below. Constant water running sound during the night...possibly somewhere a toilet not flushed properly? A very poor night's sleep.
