Loved the location right next to 'Cally'park which also has a small café.Close to shops and restaurants,easy to get buses to and from Kings cross station . Rooms very clean with shared bathroom and kitchen with a small garden .
Depends what you are expecting , has everything you need and it s clean ,nice manager .

Property is well located to bus and tube stops. We love the area as its really community based and local cafes are superb. The queen room didnt include a queen bed- bit misleading!
The sofa was well worn and the carpet wasnt the cleanest but we enjoyed the additional space in the room.
The bathroom on the top floor again could do with a good scrub- maybe a big deep clean. The towels had some discolouration which honestly wasnt pleasant and does really make a difference to me, i know they are clean but it doesnt feel clean.
For shared accommodation we found it quiet and very comfortable and for the money in peak season, honestly you cant complain.
Honestly if there was just a bit of investment into a good deep clean once a month or so id pay a fair bit more for a place like this!

The room and shared areas were kept very clean, and everything was as described. The host was easy to reach and gave clear instructions for check-in, which made things simple. Great value for money.

Lots of light in our room, nice location, good shower, comfy bed
Door and walls very thin so woken up by neighbouring room, door a bit loose so constantly rattled, bathroom could have been a lot cleaner (needs spraying for black mould), mentioned that there were two of us on the booking but only one set of keys provided
