The location is splendid. The price is pretty good, given the location. The place is very clean. Kitchen and bathroom facilities excellent. The bed was very comfortable.
I stayed two nights. The first night it was very noisy. Between 10 and 12 there were people washing clothes and playing music in the kitchen, and I badly needed to go to bed early. The other problem was finding the place. It turned out that there are four blocks of flats forming a whole estate over what used to be an ordinary street. One had to get into the estate at the first one (nearest to Kings Cross), then walk down to the third, get into the building, then get to the flat on the third floor, then get into the room. That's four key-codes. A map would have been useful. Especially since the buildings were being renovated (scaffolding and plastic sheeting) so you couldn't see the names of the flats.

Overall the room was clean and tidy with space to move around easily and was easy to locate everything
The handle on the room door was difficult to put code in and turn especially as it’s too near the frame

The Property was very close to Kings Cross Station. in a few minutes you were able to access one of the most important stations in london
The bed was made out of boxes with a thin layer of sheets above it. you were almost sleeping on a solid surface the whole time.
