Everything very clean and functional and good value for money in the Kings Cross area.
My only issue was that were about 20 pigeons outside the bedroom window in a little enclosed area outside the annexe building and they were pretty vocal ! It seemed a big argument was taking place !

We stayed at the hotel for two nights and had a ground floor room. The location was perfect, close to the metro station with good connections to everywhere. The room was clean and even though we stayed only for two nights, they cleaned up our room after the first night (without touching our personal belongings!) and restocked the supplies. Reception staff were very nice, the first day they let us check-in earlier, because the room was already empty and ready. For this price in this location, the accommodation was great.
It wasn’t a problem for us, but the room and especially the bathroom were quite small.

Great location , relatively quiet site, nice
1. The mattress was unsleepable on when I arrived. It had a large depression/hole under your back and the springs could be fully felt through it. However once I discovered the mattress had been placed upside down I flipped it, remade the bed and it was fine and comfortable after that. The pillows sadly were low quality, I had to use my coat for a pillow; A simple outlay of some better pillows would be a good hotel investment.
2. Bathroom could not be physically smaller, really is a stretch. If you were any way overweight you would not be able to use it. However I could use it fine
