The location, breakfast, staff and room were all great. We have young kids and were able to pay a little extra for early check in and late check out which was amazing with the overnight train times.
Nothing. We arrived right at the end of the tourist season and even though this location was in the midst of closing up, everyone was very helpful and accommodating.

The location of the hotel was facing the lake. Great scenic view during breakfast. Staff were friendly.

Not able to control the temperature in the room. Facilities were basic. More signage to rooms would have been helpful.
