Excellent location,spacious room with a drying cabinet in the room. Very good buffet breakfast with wide a wide selection to choose from.
I stayed there for one night on two separate occasions. On the first occasion, the waitress(dark hair) at dinner had a surly attitude and charged me for tap water. On the second occasion I stayed there, the waiter at dinner automatically brought me a carafe of water as soon as I sat down. I ended up having the same meal as I had on the first occasion. When I went to pay, I noticed there was no charge for the water (which should have been the case on the first occasion).

We arrived early and were able to check in and get our room. We were offered an upgrade for a very reasonable price so took it and was rewarded with an absolute gem of a room with terrific views. Beds were comfy and shower had good water pressure. Breakfasts and food from the restaurant in general were really good. Centrally located in the centre of Ruka. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Both at the front desk and in the restaurant. Had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend
