Amazing hotel!
The staff is very kind. I loved I could start my skiing day right next to the hotel 😍. The restaurant has good variety and a cozy fireplace that I loved. They have access to the frozen lake where I could dip between sauna sessions, they provided a bathrobe and slippers.
My stay was wonderful ❤️✨ looking forward to coming back soon ✨❤️

The hotel's location is truly right on the lake. We waited for and saw the Northern Lights on the lake. If we come back, we'll stay here because there's no better located hotel in Ruka.
The breakfast was inadequate, which was disappointing. We had to leave early in the morning, and there was no one on duty at the hotel, so we had to leave the room key stuck in the front door. There was a heating problem in the room; it wasn't heating up enough.

Location, quiet. Big room.
Fridge was too loud. Hallway was smelly. Tv is very small and in a weird location.
