Room was clean and tidy and comfortable.
Firstly we couldn't get in the room as the door was too hard to open, Had to shoulder push it each time, And as someone with a weakness in my shoulder I struggled to open the door. It never closed behind you, you again had to push it really hard to shut it
TV never worked either
Bed was too high, being quite short I had to climb on the bed with assistance.
Window did not open as they stated they had air con but it never worked.
Breakfast in the attached cafe was awful. had to wait over 30 for food and drinks. Then others were served before us. Food when it did turn up was so cold it could not be eaten. We then had to wait another 10 mins for two teas and one was tepid.

The room was so clean! The staff was absolutely lovely. It was so easy to get Ubers from the hotel and back to the hotel because of the area it is located. And the price was so cheap! 100% recommend.

Location for Wembley Concert.
Sink was blocked.
Restaurant was chaos, they did not know we had breakfast included as part of the booking.
I then had to go to reception and get the manager to come to the restaurant to explain.
LED light flickering on and off, annoying.
