Super friendly and helpful staff assisting with changing the booking i had made an error on turning up a day earlier than booked. Room was clean and quiet

Nice comfortable bed
There two days no fresh towels for the second day room
Was not cleaned , shower leaked all over the floor , carpet in room was full of stains , and hardly no staff present whenever we would go down to ask clean towels milk tea coffee there was never no one on the desk
