The staff is super friendly, polite, and helpful. The location is excellent.

I f dealt with several staff and found them alert and helpful. I was able to check in late morning and even obtained a departure 1 hour later than normal.
The room wasn't big but definitely comfortable and everything was skillfully arranged. I have no complaints about cleanliness. Staying near a busy railway station is not normally my preference but I enjoyed the opportunity to walk towards the centre through characterful neighbourhoods.
I've stayed before and I found there was a new and more complicated system for activating the lift in order to reach my room. I had to wave the card beside the button a few times for anything to happen.

The room was clean, had a desk, and the temp was easy to control.
the staff was very unhelpful, and often outright rude. I asked for an extra pillow at one point and they told me that I had to wait until the next morning because there was no housekeeping staff. I had to press them on it and they finally said they could get me one that night.
