Location is great, bed is comfortable and place is deciently sized
WiFi worked as expected,
TV has few channels available.
Staff was cool to chat with even if online.
Got enough toletry available and reactived more on half stay.
No mosquito net,
noisy neighbors or fridge at the same time,
shower could be half a meter bigger, so I wouldn't need to stand still while showering.
Could recommend electric stove for quick cooking,
had to pay additionally city taxes which wasn't included in initial price.

Communication with the owner was easy and smooth through WhatsApp. The Wi-Fi was excellent, fast, and reliable throughout my stay. The location was also fine for me. It took around 10 minutes to walk from the bus stop, Stop 21 December, if I remember correctly. Overall, I had a comfortable stay and was satisfied with the accommodation.
One thing I did not like was the air conditioning. It seemed to turn on for around 30 seconds and then switch off for another 30 seconds, which made it less comfortable. I also wish the room had a small cooking heater or hot plate for simple cooking. Another small suggestion would be to add an air freshener in the bathroom and room to keep the space smelling fresh and pleasant.

Amazing views! Easy communication and unbeatable location!
Too many signs about not slamming doors. Even tho as a first timer on the property and trying my best, a neighbor came and ask me to not slam the street door. Simply keep the lock open, push gently and then lock the door. Overall, a good place.
