He was such a kind and pleasant host! I believe he was the owner. He was very understanding of my situation and kindly let me check in earlier, which really helped me out. I truly appreciate it and would definitely recommend this place!

I had low expectations about this booking. I do admit that it exceeded my low expectations and was actually pretty good. Very simple accommodations with basic furnishings. A/C worked great. Bed was very firm for our taste. Check-in was confusing as I had to find the owner/manager in the attached restaurant, similar to the experience of a previous reviewer/guest. The location close to the airport and to my of off-airport rental car pickup was the reason for my choice, so I was willing to make some compromises. All in all, better than I thought.
Softer bed. Lacked the safety features of most hotels, fire evacuation instructions, marked fire exits, etc. Also no way to contact any staff if there had been a problem.

Staff personnel was awesome! Helped us with all our questions and asks. Breakfast was great but so was lunch and dinner at the restaurant.
The room was rather small and not updated but was very clean.

If you need to be close to OTP airport, the location is good since it's 15 min drive.
The Shawarma place downstairs is also ok.
The hotel is not well maintained and the rooms don't look like in the photos (which are very flattering)
The shower was old and did not drain and the toilet didn't really work.
there is no one in the reception, the owner meet you outside (he seems to own the building including the restaurant and the 7/11 shop).
He basically showed us the room and disappeared.
