We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the room was. Or maybe it just felt that way because of the large, wrap-around windows. We felt like we had room to move, and enough space to store our things. The room had a nice feel to it.
I absolutely loved being able to walk down to the river in the morning.
The traffic noise coming off Canning Hwy was a bit loud for us, but that's probably because we live in a very quiet place. I have good earplugs and I used those.

The location was great
The bathroom was very dated and the drain in the sink drained poorly.
The gluten free selection on the menu was very poor.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating and the room service food was great.
When bathroom fan on cigarette smell came through so much so that we changed rooms but next room had same smell, very uncomfortable. Beds uncomfortable, house keeping was not as good as could be better ie dirty glasses put back in fridge. Air conditioner noisy. I would not stay again.
