Its location
The beds were uncomfortable
Some of the pots and pans were not clean
The remote control for the heat pump was tapped up
The person behind the desk was out having a smoke when we were waiting to be served around 9am to finish the sign in very unprofessional

Friendly greeting upon arrival. Good location. Apartment was nice. Clean except for kitchen cutlery and dish drainer.
Dirty cutlery in drawers. Dirty dish drainer. I guess only as clean as previous people left it. So much noise outside apartment on the streets at night from yelling, arguments and things being broken. But did feel safe in apartment.
