Valet parking, was included in my room rate but had it not been, I would have had to pay $45/day!

the room was large enough to relax and read in without lying on the bed , for us the central location made it easier to get to all the activitues we wanted to do and gave plenty of options to buy food, restaurants and supermarkets.
hard to get the room to be as cool as we like but we find that most places.

Staff were accommodating to change rooms AFTER seeing photos of the mould in the room and the faucet being broken in the shower.
They didn't care when we'd called down to tell them about the issues.
This hotel is OLD and my god it's not well maintained at all. It's had a recent 'soft' refurbishment but replacing hallway carpet and painting the walls doesn't fix the extensive problems including lifting skirting boards, mouldy bathrooms and broken fixtures.
The bathroom in our 'upgraded' room had a bathtub which was delaminating and had holes in the fiberglass.
We were downgraded to a much better room cleanliness wise, but it featured a shower screen which had lost its seal to the frame and actually almost fell out!!
Aging mattresses are propped up with boards making hard and uncomfortable beds.
IF you stay here DO NOT pay $330+ a night, it's absolutely not worth it. There's better at $175 a night.
Accor should be ashamed of the state of this once 4 star property.
