The location is central. I stayed to attend a conference at Pan Pacific, 5 mins walk away
The furniture is not just old, but worn and torn.
I stayed 3 nights, no room cleaning, unless you stay for a week.
The mattress is not even flat, very lumpy.
No lift to the reception, need to carry your luggage up the stairs
No key card to the lift or the room, give you a paper and ask you to use the pin pad.
Everything is on the cheap.
