The location, the pool area, beach bar, breakfast room. The helpful and friendly staff.

The location of our room- room 230 and its balcony with restricted view. The shower over the bath. The plumbing in the bathroom. The lack of usb sockets.

Riin had amazing views, room was very comfortable, bed and pillows comfortable

The room service dinner menu was pretty ordinary. Burger was just standard burger , not great. Other options were not enticing. Breakfast room service menu was much better - good range of options and declicious

The location was good however couldn't open balcony door it was stuck so couldn't enjoy the view or get fresh air

Stuck balcony door, sheets on bed one smelled of tobacco, linen felt like plastic and pillows collapsed through the night very uncomfortable. Ocean view room had peeling paint in bathroom and was extremely noisy with parties going on in facility and fights early hours of the morning we had small children with us. The noise and headlights from the cars going up and down the hill was terrible.
