Lovely Spacious Room

Upon leaving early (before breakfast) the hotel provided us with sandwiches at checkout
Breakfast was nice with a range of items on offer, but wasn't to the standard of the rest of the hotel. (Just a personal opinion)

The location was good,
Close to the center and Batalha Monastery, also there is a supermarkets cross the street,
The parking is free in the hotel property.
Also they have spa area, my main purpose for booking this hotel, the inside pool was clean.
The walls of the room were damaged, which is a shame because it's something that's easy to fix and just looks bad.

It is a modern building. We paid for a suite but the room was ample without it being a suite in my view. Walking distance from the little centre. Very good shower.
Communication with staff was difficult. They have a pool, but it is “part of the spa” and therefore you have to pay for a swim. Staff switch off the airco when they clean - we left it on on purpose. They accept groups filling the breakfast area to capacity. In our case it was young boys, I must admit they were well behaved. The door to the balcony was difficult to open.

No supervision. You have to pay extra to use the indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Breakfast was the bare minimum, nothing special. No staff. No restaurant service on Sundays, that should have been informed previously. The few staff there was didn’t gave the clients priority on the elevators.
