Honestly, everything was amazing - hotel, bar, spa complex, huge outdoor area. The staff are very caring and professional; the room is spacious, and the bed and bedding are pretty comfortable. Highly recommend staying for different types of occasions.

The bedroom, lots of space for 2 people; renting a bike; breakfast was pretty good; the receptionists were really helpful and spoke good English; generally staff were nice; the Spa was really good and had a great massage
Staff were confused for lunch service when we had a reservation; many business groups coming in and I didn't really see a lot of guests of the hotel. Lunch service felt a bit like we were unwelcome as there was a big group or a few big groups and all the attention was on them
The shower head was toooo small for such a big bathroom, the water pressure was not fantastic

Venue and building are great. Room was pleasant. Bar and lounge area are very nice.
The restaurant and pool area totally lacked any ambiance. No decor, warmth or atmospher.
